I live in Virginia. My Silverado message told me it would loose power in 165 miles. I was North near Pipestone Lake well into Ontario on a Saturday morning. I had to find a dealer soon which I did in International Falls. Arriving at 11:30 am I felt I would be out of luck but no a mechanic was in the shop diagnosed my problem and advised me not to drive the truck further. Unfortunately he could not fix the truck on Saturday but on Monday checked my extended warranty and had me before lunch and my truck ran fine. Thanks to all the folks at Border

Val does a super job at your service counter and on the phone...always friendly and polite. She will keep me coming to your dealership for service. Prior to my retirement I worked with many businesses as a consultant. I live here now and want to be supporting local businesses. I would like to point out that I find it very interesting that most of the sales staff and front window staff walk through the service area and do not make eye contact or any social contact with paying customers. Great opp for those in sales to see when someone might be ready for a new vehicle. Just a suggestion that worked at some dealerships I worked with.

Recall for 6.2 Silverado was scheduled, work was explained and completed. Service team always is on top of their game at Border GMC/Chevrolet.

Time I was at the shop was reasonable and they were able to get my car fixed without it being too expensive. So all in all, it was a good experience!

I have been dealing with this dealership and prior dealerships at this venue, and my experience has always been excellent. Professional, courteous, and honest.

It was the first time I had my vehicle serviced at Border GM for my 2025 Chevy Trailblazer which I bought April 1, 2026. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Border GM for its scheduled maintenance checks to keep my vehicle in tiptop shape to forestall any major repairs. It's wonderful to buy local and maintain local; no long distance trips out-of-town.

Do what the customer asks. I should not have to call the service center to get my vehicle delivered when it was on my appointment and paperwork to deliver vehicle. Techs need to slow down and complete the job. Oil was changed but oil life was not reset...had to make ANOTHER call to make sure oil was really changed and maybe the tech didn't reset it. I was told tech reset it. It was not done. My last visit was oil change and engine air filter replacement. Tech did not replace filter because filter life said it was fine. IT NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. I went and bought my own filter and replaced it. All done. Will go else where.

Awesome business for our small town!!

The dealership was fine and I know they were following GM warranty rules but I am not happy. My new truck would not start due to a dead battery. I got it started and took to the dealer. The battery failed a load test once and passed twice so they didn’t change it. To me it failed twice. Once when the truck would not turn over which was verified by the history of alarms and on star and the 1 failure on the load test. So when it fails this text time I will just call for a tow so you can see it don’t start and you can pay for a tow which you wouldn’t have too if you changed the battery.

The GM, salesperson and Amy (finance and parts) were absolutely wonderful. All were very knowledgeable and top notch. No fuss, easy to work with and exceeded our expectations on our first purchase at Border GM.

My 2024 Equinox had a check engine light on. I stopped by dealership to see if they could get me on the schedule. Val immediately got a tech to scan for code issue. In less than a half hour i was back on the road again. Code issue was resolved and reset. Great service and care by the service team. Always a pleasure and many smiles!
